I just hurt my foot yesterday!

Well, it all started when I was told that the PT test was coming up in 3 months.  I tried joining a couple of PT groups, given by individuals, or an organized group (KBR). For example: Those designed to try to loose a little bit of weight and to get in shape. After trying a couple of unsuccessful trial and errors, I joined a Taekwondo group and rejoined a old running group.  So, my schedule was getting up at 21:30 (pm) and arriving in class around 22:00 (pm).  We would work from 22:00 (pm) until about 24:00 (pm). Sometimes, it would goa little longer or shorter by a couple of minutes.  After class, I would go back to sleep.  Then, around 0400 (am) I would get up for my running class.  The running class was only 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. After keeping up with this busy schedule for about 2 weeks, I hurt my self in the Taekwondo class.   I was jumping over a punching bag, with socks, on a padded floor, and my left heal caught the ground wrong and slipped under me.  Here are the results of my latest injury:
The lesson learned here was never jump over anything that’s padded with your socks on!  I told my medic what happened and I think he does not believe me. Since when you think if anything “karate” related, you think of breaking boards and flying kicks.  I kinda wish I would have a cool story to tell, but the sad truth is that I don’t.
